Biography

Jazmine Tooles, PT, DPT, is an associate professor of instruction at Temple University and a licensed physical therapist who specializes in traumatic brain injury and vestibular dysfunction. Her passions include mindfulness, addressing disparities in health outcomes and improving representation and interprofessional collaboration among health care providers. An alumna of Temple, she received her BS in Kinesiology in 2011 and in 2013 completed her Doctorate of Physical Therapy at the University of Delaware. Dr. Tooles serves as the American Physical Therapy Association (APTA) Pennsylvania Chapter President (2025-2027) and formerly served as APTA New Jersey’s Secretary (2020-2022). Still engaged in-patient care, Dr. Tooles is a mentor at Temple’s North Broad Probono Clinic and a per diem therapist for Jefferson Moss Magee Rehabilitation. She is also the creator of the Physical Therapy Fun Patch Program for Girl Scouts, the founder of Explore the Magic of Motion® LLC and owner of TMJ Realty LLC.
