Biography
Caite Wolak is an Assistant Professor of Instruction in the Department of Social and Behavioral Sciences at Temple University’s College of Public Health. She serves as the Undergraduate Director for the Bachelor of Science in Public Health (BSPH) program, the 4+1 accelerated BSPH to MPH program, and the public health and nutrition minors. Caite teaches a range of undergraduate public health courses, including those focused on career readiness, professional development, program planning, and the intersections of culture and health.
Beyond the classroom, Caite has co-led several student-centered initiatives, including Public Health Undergraduates at Temple University Reach for Exceptional Skills (PHUTURES), the BSPH Student Spotlight series, and the BSPH Professional Clothing Closet. She also co-led HEALTH Info, a high school outreach program funded by the National Network of the Library of Medicine.
Previously, Caite served as Fieldwork Coordinator for the undergraduate and MPH programs, where she developed and maintained partnerships with public health organizations and facilitated student placements. These experiences continue to shape her commitment to connecting classroom learning with real-world public health practice.
Caite holds an Ed.D. in Educational Leadership and a Master of Public Health in Social and Behavioral Sciences from Temple University.
